1. The Met have obviously been after him. Why? I don't know, but the fact the he was a rising officer from an ethnic minority would suggest something. Not because of this sentence, but because of the previous investigation they failed in. Iranian spy? Really? lol That one proved they really wanted to take him down.

2.He's an idiot and he acted like one. He's dragged the image of ethnic minorities down with his bullshit. His ego grew too much with his promotions and then beating the original charges and he started to think he was untouchable. 4 years, a bit much? Maybe. How much would the guy he arrested got for 'stabbing' him? He should be getting extra for trying to send a man to jail to suit his own purposes. I think that 4 years is about right.
